How did my 8 year old Chinchilla die?

How can you tell if your Chinchilla is dying?
When it occurs, it can be due to the temperatures or environment where you are keeping your chinchilla and can most easily be recognized by discharge from the nose or more intense breathing. If a respiratory infection continues without treatment, it can lead to death and cause other problems beforehand, such as anorexia and loss of appetite.
