How much can you donate to Second Chance animal rescue?
Second Chance Animal Rescue is a not for profit organisation which relies on your support to assist the animals in our care. Donations over $2 are tax deductible and will support our shelter and community animal hospital save lives every day.
How long does it take for a rescue dog to adjust?
Taking on the responsibilities that come with being a dog owner should not be taken lightly. And, adopting a rescue dog can add even more daily burden, especially in the beginning. Puppies will typically adjust to a new home fairly quickly, whereas it may take an older rescue dog months before they’re completely comfortable in the new place.
How much does it cost to adopt a dog?
You can bring your own, or purchase a set from us for an additional $10-$20 (depending on the tag type chosen). What is included in the adoption fee? All adoptions include spay or neuter, microchip, vaccinations, and current rabies (dogs).
What do you need to know about Animal Rescue Foundation?
Applicants outside the immediate Tulsa area must have excellent veterinary records in their name for current or recent cats or dogs. ARF is always looking for foster families who will open their homes and hearts to an animal in need, and provide love and care to the dog or cat until they are adopted. We are always in need of more volunteers!
